Is it a stock Interdeck color, or did you mix and match?

It's stock Interdeck "Beige".

Had a bit of dew last night, but not enough to loosen the tape except for the circle around the cowl vent. Re-taped that area, painted, then pulled the tape after an hour (the Interdeck was dry to the touch).

Pulled clean - looks great!

The first coat went on this morning, the second will go on tomorrow.

I'll let you know how the fine-line works out and post a photo...

Can anyone with Interdeck experience suggest if it's better to pull the tape between coats and re-tape, or if it'll pull clean after the second coat goes on.

I'm using fine-line tape for the edges and blue tape over it to widen the masked area.

Here's a photo that should help clarify what's going on under the fiberglass: http://plerk.org/wc_chainplate.jpg If you just want to replace the chainplates and not the knees it might be possible to cut only the glass around the screw heads, remove the screws and pull the chainplate out from the top...
