I think the two large holes in the topsides sort of preclude the use of "good condition" in the description!

"Aged Mahogany hardwood - comes with boat trailer"

I know some guys around me that would call that a good mornings work but I know what you mean. "Good Condition" should mean no gaping holes at a minimum.
The pictures don't show enough detail to be sure but the planking really doesn't look that bad from a distance. I bet if one were to take a closer look though there would be a lot more wrong. Wooden boats need more regular care than that boat has seen in a while.
