Surfing the web I came across this British beauty for sale in the UK that definitely qualifies as a plastic classic:

Cassis of Kent
YachtWorld Listing

And she's fitted out with an ample amount of wood for the traditionalist at heart. I haven't been able to find out much information about the class though, does anyone know anything more about these Bonito class sloops?

Well, I sure wouldn't complain if I had to have that boat! A number of nice details in addition to the overall good looks. Thanks for the link.

I haven't heard of the Bonito class, although I believe that Alan Buchanan is a fairly prolific British yacht designer. I think that he started in wood and then transitioned to fiberglass, something like Carl Alberg.

Boy, when you look at English prices for older boats, it's almost worth sailing your plastic classic over there, isn't it?
Very nice looking boat, and the nav station/quarterberth/galley setup seems just right to me.
Like an Alberg 35/Cheoy Lee Lion with a more seaworthy and practical accomodation plan.
