Touches on pretty much all his designs throughout his career.
A lot of neat old black and white pictures too.
Quickie blurb about the LeComte Medalist (with photo) and the NE 38.
Yay!

What a great article. I had been looking for something like that a while back, and that's exactly what I'd had in mind. They say there's a version in Good Old Boat as well, but the
PB article is free to read online. (Click "Contents" and then "Bill Tripps' Boats")
Thank you very much.

Love it. Thanks fusco. (Hi Duncan)
Have always had a hard time finding info on Bill Sr. and the Invicta, (including from his son).

Here is another article from Cruising World years ago written by Tom Zeidler. He lives aboard the boat featured in his Classic Plastic article. It's a Pearson Invicta Yawl! Everything he has mentioned and more we are doing now - except the shortening of the mizzen boom and replacing the main boom. Hmm how does one attach a PDF?
Mission aborted, any advice?

To post a link to a PDF file, you'll need to determine the "Properties" of the link. To show up on this forum, the PDF file has to be online somewhere, not stored on your computer. (You can email the file to me for hosting if this is the case.)
Generally (Windows), you can right-click on a hyperlink on a webpage and determine its properties, or simply open the link in your browser and copy/paste the address from the browser bar.
To insert the link here, it should look something like this:
Code: Select all

Inappropriate use of the master key!
