The Dark Harbor 20 (one design) is in fact one of the featured designs in Olin Stephen's Lines book.
They are beautiful, beautiful boats. You can see the fleet up in Islesboro.

Well, Chip Flannigan is indeed building a Dark Harbor this year. But its actually a Dark Harbor 15. Yes, 15. Chip redrew the boat with an additional 4 1/2 feet overall for his client. I just got back from the hull turning party. Pictures on my site:

Cool!
Tight squeeze getting that hull rolled in the shop, huh.

Yup! Nice enough shop, but it sure makes me appreciate what you've got over in N Yarmouth all the more!

I've been following this one on another board. Apparrently, the owner can document that this boat is DH #1!!!, though he didn't list that bit of info in the auction for whatever reason.
Though that blue paint is just criminal, a great boat lies beneath.

Further to Nathan's post regarding Chip Flanagan's Dark Harbor 15
Check out WoodenBoat magazine March/April 2005 #183 page 50.
Wow, that's some beautiful boat!
As the article points out, and I have also seen in reading various magazines, there seems to be a "rediscovery" of this type of sailing and boat. I am very attracted to the concept of simplicity and the importance of aesthetics in sailing.
I guess Tim was right about this whole "daysailor" concept and his timing appears to be right on!
