You could print them on your inkjet, then laminate them, I suppose. Or you could visit your local quickprint shop and see what options they may have, though I think at that point you would find that you were quickly approaching, if not surpassing, the cost of pre-printed NOAA charts!

Even with the cost of paper charts going up, its hard to beat the cost of a paper chart!

These are a nice additional resource to have around though. Especially when I'm sitting at home in front of my 21 inch monitor...
