Power inverters
What are you guys doing in the way of power inverters? Windrose does not have shore power but will have a deep cycle house battery and a seperate deep cycle systems battery. I was thinking of adding a small power inverter (600 watts). Thoughts/suggestions?

We have a small inverter. I think its 300 watts. We use it for charging the camera batteries, cell phone, and laptop. Works great for that. It's the device to the left in this photo.

I have a similar one, though I think it might be 400 watts; mine has two receptacles. Mine is just stored on a shelf forward of the electrical panel; I plug it into a lighter fitting on the panel. I use it for the same jobs as Nathan listed.

Note that mine also plugs into a cigarette lighter plug?it's hidden behind the panel.
