I found this very cool manual air horn when cleaning out Dorothy G today. It sounds like the QE2 when you push the plunger in. I've never seen another like it.

I was just browsing through my 2006 Toplicht catalog, and ran across a "Pumpnebelhorn" that looks very similar to the one you found, Tim, so I just thought I'd post it here. I have the paper catalog at home, but I was able to find it in their online catalog as well. It looks like this:
