Dan - I recognize that boat !!!(never seen it underway before though).
Given the forecast I was going to go down to the yard this Saturday and get some jobs done, maybe see you there - though I think they put your boat in South yard, right ?

This may be a better photo. On a wide broad reach into East passage entrance - Newport. Coming back from Block Island - 15 -20 knots, 4 ft seas - nice sail.
I will be most likely be down at marina - south yard, as temps will be in mid 50s - so good opportunity to get some work done with comfortable temps. Tempted to sand bottom paint, but I have pumbling and electrical work to do. If you are down, I hope to see you you there.
Hi Tim - Yes! Isis was her name. I bought from a gentleman that keep her at Royal River Boat Yard, Yarmouth, ME in the winter - that was 3 years ago. Do you know of this boat Isis? Any history you can tell me?
The royal blue hull with lime green striping was a dead giveaway for me. The owner kept her on a mooring right next to mine in Falmouth, ME. I don't know anything specific about the boat, but she was always well cared for and lightly used.
In fact, here's one picture showing her back in 2001. I probably have others, but this is the first one I found.

Yes, Thats her! Thanks! Nice picture! I have to tell you, I always get compliments on this royal blue / lime green combination - it is alittle bit different than most others - people admire it and remember it - especically with the lime green horse head decals, I put on both sides of hull on the foward part of bow. Goes along with "SeaBiscuit" theme.
I have have some awlgrip touch-up work to do this spring - I was docked (more like plastered) against a dock piling this summer and my fender board flipped during the night in heavy weather - stripped the AWLGRIP paint off in a 5 by 6" section and series of finer sand scratches on surrounding surface from blowing sand getting behind the fender - that area now has a duller finish. Need to prep, prime, paint and polish this back to near orginal condition as possible - atleast passing the 10 foot test for gloss.
Anyway, thanks for picture - very interesting to see it's past life - If you happen to come across any other pictures of Isis, I would really appretiate you passing them along - If you think of it. I just LOVE this boat - both working on it and sailing it.
