Not bad but looks bad, feels bad

Very little if any chafe on pendant...anchor came right back up off the bottom...the tiller got loose and was slapping around and have some revarnishing to do there. Chainplates leak like sivs (sp?) due to pounding.

If i could only start the repair work today...damn insurance process!

All or Nothing

It's kind of interesting to note that it's been almost flat calm ever since the annoying storm winds departed on Thursday. Clint's picture above highlights this calm.

I'm not complaining, mind you. But it sure is a dramatic change!

And the wind is from the other direction!!! Yesterday the wind did a funky shift to the east and I though, NOT AGAIN, but fillled back in from the SSW.

I've been teaching my students weather forecasting so I am particularly attuned to the NE/E wind shift....I hope they are too.
