The name is funnily appropriate.
Flagrante Delicto. Is it scary that this is #2 of this namesake?
Can you imagine how that boat would pitch in a seaway with that ridiculous thing up forward? I wonder how that thing is secured to the boat. MacGregors aren't exactly strong, so what's keeping the whole boat from just collapsing beginning with the stem?
These photos deserve to be posted here for posterity. I saved them to disc.

I hadn't noticed the "2" designation - could that mean that this boat is perhaps an improved version of the first? God forbid!

Oh, I'd imagine that the motion is dampened considerably by the windage, and by the thousand pounds of crap he must hang off that aft jungle gym.

Just a guess but I wonder if there was a bit too much windward helm.
Then there was that great deal on an almost new 150% genoa from a Farr 40. The cutter rig makes sail handling easy in a good blow...
