I am wondering what size mast this will need and would a cutter rig be best?

I think four unstayed masts on the corners with wishbone booms that will mesh with each other as you tack and jibe.
by the way is that a huge air compresser on the back of that thing, i am thinking about a floating triton sized drydock/boatbarn!!!!

I can't remember where we took the picture.
That thing was huge. You could sail a triton right in and then drive it home as long as there were no other cars on the road.

I have a funny feeling that other cars on the road would present little trouble.

10' tall tires and a mass of 30 tons tend to win the traffic battle, don't they.

Standard junk rig - or Full Battened Lug Sails...
Also looks like a junk tiller/rudder would look homely on the stern...
