She looks great (the boat)! Likewise the site. I made it through some of the site tonight, and will return tomorrow to finish if, as I now suspect, I am sitting around with nothing to with a cruising weather delay. (Nothing like being all prepared to go and then waiting for the fog...which just won't quit these past couple weeks!)

Boat's looking nice! I like the celtic (?) inlay work near the bow. Nice. And the Claret looks great.

Yes that is a Celtic knot design. As I was replacing the aluminum/rubber rubrail with mahogany, I wanted something special up front. Originally I was looking for a scroll design like you see on some boats, but I couldn't find anything I could use. I accidentally stumbled across a Celtic knot design and reworked it until it was what I wanted and usable. I also encorporated a Celtic design into the name board. I'll have more of the step-by-step with accompanying pictures when I get May's logs posted....
