How much does it typically cost for a sailmaker to transform a Hank on sail to a bolt rope for use on a roller furler?

I had it done in a batch along with a couple other sail projects but I think the itemized estimate was somewhere around $200 to have my jib switched from hank to furler.

Thanks, that is exactly what I wanted to know.

My sailmaker did a sail for my Catalina 27 for $6/ft of luff length.

So, with a Luff of about 34' that would be $204. I guess I can expect around $200 for each of my Genoa's.
Thanks guys for all the help.

While you're there have him check everything else, stitching, clew etc. And, you're going to need a UV protection strip on there or the thing will evaporate in a few seasons, unless you don't leave it up when you're not sailing....

Ahhh.... forgot about the UV protection. I will make sure that gets done. Thanks again.
