Pic of the new core. Went back and filled in all of the gaps with smaller cut pieces of balsa and thicked resin.
My old deck had this terrible stick on crap as well as holes all over it was an easy decision to just chuck it.Pic of the deck with two layers of 24 oz cloth(Mat/woving stiched together).Did three layers of 24 oz and finished with a 10 oz cloth.
Will be glassing up all of the portholes as well as the hull to deck joint this weekend then I can start fairing and sanding the whole boat for paint.
