deleting posts

In the classified topic, mention is made of users being able to delete their postings. I'm afraid I can't figure out how to do this.

I posted a Dickinson heater for sale and sold it, but now need help getting the ad to go away.

I think you can only delete your posts within a certain time frame (or maybe it's until someone has answered it; at any rate, the option exists for a short time).

When the option is available, there is a small "x" to the lower right of your post.
