Need to move a boat......

Post by martin »

I just purchased a Pacific Seacraft 25 and am going to need to do a bunch of work to her. She dosen't have her own trailer and I am hoping to find a mover in the Kemah area. Anybody know of a good mover or a trailer that could be rented or borrowed for such a job? Its not a long move, just to near downtown Houston. Thanks .......martin

Martin - have you tried asking around at a local marina for a good mover? I found a good mover here in my area by asking boat friends for recommendations. He had a hydraulic trailer and did a great job of tucking the boat into the corner of my yard. Charged $125 for about a three mile move.
