I have finnished epoxying the core into the coach sides. I would like to trim this edge strait and square.
I will be trimming a combination of epoxy, FRP and wood.
My router is a single speed PC , so I can't slow it down.
Can I use a router with a pattern bit and a pattern, or is the speed just too fast?

Your router will be fine. Smaller bits like pattern bits should be run pretty fast. I use mine for similar things all the time.
Fiberglass can be tough on the bits, but otherwise it is no big issue to rout. Use a carbide bit, of course.
