The table and the swim ladder

What have you guys done to solve the problem with the table and swim ladder. I am putting a sink, fresh water hand pump in the storage area across from the head.

Thinking about a swim ladder permenantly installed on the stern, but don't have any firm ideas on the table. We do like to entertain and as you know space/storage is at a premium.

We still have no interior table. I guess it's just not that important to us, though I often think of it nonetheless. We do have this great cockpit table, which could be easily adapted to the interior.

For the swim ladder, I went with a nice portable one from West Marine. This one is so long that there are 4 or 5 steps below the waterline, which makes it easy to use. There are two keyhole-type brackets in the sidedeck. I store the ladder on the backstay (bungee cords) when not in use, which is just about always. Of course I can't find it in their online catalog now. Here's one picture of it in storage on the boat; I probably have others somewhere.

Tim, the swim ladder is not attached to the transom? Simply to the stern rail..........

Neither. It's deployed on the sidedeck on t he port side and is only stored where seen in the picture.
