Boston Whaler Squall 9' Tender

Post by hawkeye »

Does anyone here have a good knowledge of these dinghies? I recently procured one for a reasonable price, and am wonder if it's worth time to bring up to it's original gory...if it every had some. I really couldn't find a whole lot on the net. Maybe I'll post a pick tomorrow.

Our family had a squall when i was a lad. they were not lasers but they had some nice features. The swinging centerboard was a nice idea, I liked that it had its own additional floatation to make it unsinkable. It is heavy, we had it on davits off the stern of a big 35 foot motor sailor. tough boats.
