Anything goes, as long as it falls under the general forum protocol and rules.

hi fellas: update.

Second season; feelin' cocky: actually made a trip to an unfamiliar port and threw the hook...big doin's for me.
Took Tom Gaines and family--including the original Kaynee, Tom's wife-- (second owners, 1961 to 1974) out for a three-hour tour of Buzzards Bay. They were really happy to be aboard again. Pix soon.
Boat is free of problems, and the engine ticks like a clock.
Lorraine has been out TWICE with me!! Cardinal rules:
1-Thou shalt not allow Admiral to be cold or wet; sail with the wind at all times, but maintain motion of beam-reach;
2-Always keep the shadow of the sail off her sun-tanning body.
3-It's not a day-out without a cell phone, cooler, and several hundred pounds of supplies. A lot can happen in three or four hours.

My mouth no longer gets dry goin' through the bridge, and I'm enjoying my time sailing a lot more: still haven't figured out how to set waypoints n' such on the GPS, though.

Not a lot of time for liesure, workin' two jobs for the next two years; but I think I can hang in there for the payoff, when I retire from the job I really loathe.

Usually sail on weekdays, so I haven't run into Phaedra or the other few Tritons that cruise BB. Weekends in BB are like the LA Expressway at rush hour.

Anyway, that's what goin' on.

Jeff, Triton #30, Kaynee
