Hello all! I'm currently painting my deck with interlux Precoat primer and Toplac . A tech rep from Interlux advised us to mix the second coat of primer 50/50 with the Toplac topcoat. They also suggest sanding the primer down between coats until its "translucent". Should the 50/50 mixture also be sanded down that thin? I would think not, even though we still have two coats of Toplac to go afterwards...
